DFA of California’s laboratories offer expert services in the areas of microbiological analysis. Samples are analyzed with methods approved by the Association of Official Analytical Chemists and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Testing services offered include Aerobic Plate Count, Staphylococcus aureus, Yeast and Mold, E. coli, Coliform, Pathogenic Bacteria (E. coli O157:H7, Salmonella and Listeria), Organism Identification, and Environmental Monitoring (Indicator Organisms, Salmonella, Listeria).
