DFA of California provides outgoing inspections for dried figs, sliced figs, fig paste, or other fig products intended for human consumption under the current state marketing order. Incoming inspections of natural condition figs from the producer/growers are also inspected by DFA to assure the handler they are receiving acceptable product under the current grades and standards.
