The DFA of California provides outgoing shelled and inshell walnut inspections under the current federal marketing order, administered by the California Walnut Board. In addition to mandatory marketing order walnut inspections, our services also include incoming walnut inspections at the request of walnut handlers as basis for grower payments. Many walnut handlers across the state rely on the experience and expertise our incoming inspections provide them in determining the quality of product they are receiving into their facilities.
